The Berkshires

 
 
 
 


We visited the Wood Family in Alford MA this past weekend and despite the weather (cold and rainy!) we had a wonderful weekend and left contemplating a simpler way of life in The Berkshires. The boys had a blast having nightly sleepovers with Molly & Lilly. We spent time downtown, at the town brewery, and explored the acres of land. We even left with a beautiful painting to remember our trip!

Buzz lasted only 10 minutes into the parade. Spiderman dog was super cool (check out the choc lab) and William (Bumblebee Transformer) and Noah (StormTrooper) took the town by storm.

Visit to BK to meet Bea Renwick

 
 
 
 

We spent a rainy Saturday driving to Brooklyn Heights to meet the latest addition to the Renwick family. William & James loved seeing little Louise and meeting Bea for the first time! The boys showered her with kisses and Da-doo (Broadway) serenaded the kiddies with his guitar. When we were ready to hit the road, William asked if he could take Lou on a "dinner date" in the cardboard FreshDirect makeshift car. She doesn't look too confident in his driving abilities!

 
 

Dearborne Farms Field Trip

 
 
 

It was a rainy day for a field trip, but we made the most of it. We even took a hayride in the muddy fields and sat on soggy bails of hay.

Snapper Tournament

 
 
 
 

It was a hot Sunday afternoon for a Snapper tournament but the boys insisted on it!
Jamesy especially loved the piles of stinky bait. Drew & Will Ross joined in on the fun.
